Fennel, kohlrabi with feta and cranberries / Venkel, koolrabi met feta en veenbessen

The combination of kohlrabi, fennel, feta cheese, walnuts and cranberries is truly amazing. The dish is at its best when it’s served the moment the feta starts melting.

Season: autumn, summer

Ingredients for 2-4 servings

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 2 fennels
  • 100gr dried cranberries
  • a big block of feta cheese
  • a coffee cup of walnuts
  • rosemary, basil, parsley, pepper

Ingrediënten voor 2-4 porties (Dutch)

  • 1 koolrabi
  • 2 venkels
  • 100gr gedroogde veenbessen
  • een grote blok feta kaas
  • een koffietas walnoten
  • rozemarijn, basilicum, peterselie, peper


  1. Chop the kohlrabi and fennel in small pieces. Cook them for 5-10 minutes. Add the spices.
  2. Add the cranberries.
  3. Add the feta and walnuts. The recipe is ready when the feta starts to melt.
