Gorgonzola-walnut bread with pear / Gorgonzola-walnoten brood met peer

Pear brings a very refreshing taste to this bread. Combine a few slices of this gorgonzola-walnut bread with some slices of pear.

Type: lunch

Season: spring, summer, autumn, winter

Ingredients for a small bread

  • 100gr gorgonzola
  • 2 eggs
  • 100gr rye flour
  • 100gr spelt flour
  • 120ml milk
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • coffee cup of walnuts
  • bit of salt

Ingrediënten voor een klein brood (Dutch)

  • 100gr gorgonzola
  • 2 eieren
  • 100gr roggemeel
  • 100gr speltbloem
  • 120ml melk
  • 2 theelepels bakpoeder
  • koffietasje met walnoten
  • beetje zout


  1. Mix the eggs.
  2. Add the rye flour, spelt flour, milk baking powder and a bit of salt.
  3. Add the walnuts and gorgonzola.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes in an oven on 180 degrees.
