Healthy snacks part 1 / Gezonde snacks deel 1

Looking for a healthy snack in the evening? Or healthy snack for at work? This is one of my favourite snacks when I’m hungry: (Italian) kiwi with dried mulberries and almonds. Just add it all in a small bowl and enjoy the combination of flavours! This is the first post in a series of super-easy healthy snacks.

Type: snack

Season: summer, autumn, winter, spring

Ingredients for 1 bowl

  • 1 kiwi
  • handful of dried mulberries
  • handful of almonds

Ingrediënten voor 1 kom (Dutch)

  • 1 kiwi
  • handvol gedroogde moerbeien
  • handvol amandelnoten

Recipe

  1. Chop the kiwi in small pieces.
  2. Add the mulberries and almonds.
