This is a perfect healthy lunch: celery combined with goji berries, raisins and nuts. I typically buy one or two celeries during the weekend. They easily remain fresh until Friday. Every morning I combine the ingredients and take this in a box to my work.

Ingredients for one bowl
- 3 stems of celery
- 1 tablespoon of dried goji berries
- 1 tablespoon of raisins
- 3 tablespoons of almonds (you could also use other nuts)
- 0.5 tablespoon of hempseed
Ingrediënten voor één kom
- 3 stengels selderij
- 1 eetlepel gedroogde goji bessen
- 1 eetlepel rozijnen
- 3 eetlepels amandelnoten (je kan ook andere noten gebruiken)
- 0.5 eetlepel hennepzaad
- Cut the celery in small pieces.
- Add the other ingredients.
