Healthy lunch with celery, berries, raisins and nuts / Gezonde lunch met selderij, bessen, rozijnen en noten

This is a perfect healthy lunch: celery combined with goji berries, raisins and nuts. I typically buy one or two celeries during the weekend. They easily remain fresh until Friday. Every morning I combine the ingredients and take this in a box to my work.

Season: autumn, winter, spring, summer

Ingredients for one bowl

  • 3 stems of celery
  • 1 tablespoon of dried goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins
  • 3 tablespoons of almonds (you could also use other nuts)
  • 0.5 tablespoon of hempseed

Ingrediënten voor één kom

  • 3 stengels selderij
  • 1 eetlepel gedroogde goji bessen
  • 1 eetlepel rozijnen
  • 3 eetlepels amandelnoten (je kan ook andere noten gebruiken)
  • 0.5 eetlepel hennepzaad

Recipe

  1. Cut the celery in small pieces.
  2. Add the other ingredients.
